New Hires Onboarding is a process of assisting new hires in understanding their day-to-day responsibilities and work processes, and quickly assimilating company policies and workflow while getting fully acquainted with your organization’s culture. During New Hires Onboarding Journey, you will need to assist the new hires in gaining the knowledge and skills needed to perform in their roles, and providing the tools they need to function so they can quickly and smoothly adjust to the social and performance aspects of their new jobs and the company.
Our 12-pages Onboarding Playbook consists of:
#1. Pre-Onboarding process: this will cover the Onboarding Hygienes for all personnel information and documentation submission process from the new hires, and preparation from the HR team to onboard the new hires
#2. New Hires Orientation Program: this will cover anything that new hires should know and get during their first day with us, including introduction to their Buddy and Direct Manager
