Story
We grew up together with the startup ecosystem in Indonesia. Our unity as a team started in an era where there were no playbooks to guide us on the startup journey, where we realized that different company life cycles require different HR practices and how best solutions for others are not necessarily the best solutions for you.
Our experience in building companies from startup to unicorn to decacorn has made us truly understand that solutions need to be tailor made not only according to your size, but to your culture, your people and your values. That would mean sometimes challenging the status quo of what others perceive as best practices, but that is how you continue to create, innovate, evolve and grow.
