ManPower Planning is the process of forecasting how many team members are required for the team to achieve the targets/objectives. Commonly ManPower Planning process will be done at minimum annually to plan the hiring needs for the coming year and to calculate the People cost needed.
This Annual MPP Form will capture all important information needed to calculate the budget and strategize and tracking the hiring process., such as what are the vacancies and how many headcounts, justification for the hiring needs, estimated joining month, salary budget, etc.
